Sally joined Northill in January 2014 as Director of marketing and communications. She was Managing Director of the financial practice at MHP Communications prior to joining Northill, and a Partner at Engine Group, the UK’s largest independent marketing and communications group.
Previously, Sally was Managing Partner at Penrose Financial, the financial services public relations advisor, sold to Engine Group in 2010. Penrose was one of three founding consultancies that later merged to create MHP. During her consulting career, Sally advised asset management and pensions businesses on strategic communications focusing on product placement, transactions and crisis management.
Previously, Sally spent four years at Moore Capital Management within the London-based Strategy Group. She started in public relations advising European technology and electronics businesses before moving to financial services in 1997.
Sally is Vice President of City Women Network (CWN) and is the current Chair of AIMA’s Communications Committee. She is a former Girls Cricket Board member at Chance to Shine, the charitable cricket campaign launched in 2005 by Lord Mervyn King.
Sally holds MSc and MA (Hons) degrees from the University of Edinburgh.
