Hazel joined Northill in April 2011. Prior to joining Northill, Hazel had undertaken a number of long-term assignments in Europe and the US with Barclays Wealth, Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank providing risk and operational planning consultancy.
Hazel started her working life as an IT analyst in the UK before moving to Australia and joining ANZ Bank as a project manager.
Subsequently she moved to Ernst & Young Consulting and took on a wide range of IT and business strategy assignments in locations across the Asia-Pacific region with companies such as AMP, JP Morgan and ING.
Hazel holds a BSc (Econ) from Cardiff University, an MA in Historical Research from Birkbeck, University of London and an MBA from Australian National University.
